This episode is for you if you are:
- Curious about how to expand your solo practice into a group practice by adding associates.
- Interested in learning specific steps to start the process of onboarding associates.
- Hungry for knowledge about what you can do to best prepare for this expansion process.
- And wondering what items need to be added to your to-do list to get started.
In this week’s episode, I am diving into steps I am taking to expand my solo practice to a group practice and taking on associates as a supervisor in private practice. I know firsthand how overwhelming this process can feel when you are just starting to explore it, so I want to help each of you feel more comfortable and confident if you are considering supervising associates in your private practice. In this episode, I break down five manageable steps to help you get organized, figure out what your goals are in this process, and determine the direction you want your therapy practice to go. Making the move to add associates is a big deal, but it doesn’t have to be a big stressor once you know what needs to happen!
